Construction Inspector: Civil/Roadway & Bridges/Structures (Puget Sound Region)

O’Neill Service Group, LLC (OSG) is seeking experienced Civil/Roadway Inspectors & Bridges/Structures Inspectors for the following Puget Sound locations:

• Federal Way, WA
• Redmond, WA
• Lynwood, WA

The successful candidate for the Construction QA/QC Inspector position will be responsible for ensuring various constructed elements conform to project drawings, specifications, and material standards. Ability to understand and interpret construction plans and specifications is essential. Quick learning and strong communication skills are a must. The candidate will use a variety of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to document complex processes and materials and communicate with engineers, contractors, and owners. We are looking for problem solvers and self-motivators. Experience working on roadways, bridge structures, buildings, shafts and WSDOT specifications a plus (Civil/Roadway). Experience working with MEP, post tensioning, parking garages, and civil a plus (Bridges/Structures).

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years relevant construction inspection, quality assurance and quality control experience on transportation/heavy civil projects REQUIRED. Candidates with less than 5 years inspection experience will not be considered.
• Preference to one or more of the following certifications: ICC, ACI, Nuclear Gauge, WABO, WAQTC, and/or CWI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and navigate uneven construction sites.
